Nissan Sales Numbers Remain Excellent through July

With the start of August, we’re now firmly entrenched in the second half of 2014—and it’s been an excellent year for Nissan so far. Through the end of July, Nissan sales numbers have been up 12 percent over last year, well above the industry average. Plus, Nissan can now boast that it owns the top producing manufacturing plant in the nation; the Smyrna plant has produced more cars in America than any other.

“Nissan’s plans to meet the goals of Power 88 in North America are driving profitable and sustainable growth, through higher sales volumes and lower incentive spending,” said José Muñoz, executive vice president and North American chairman, Nissan Motor Co. “We’ve introduced all-new models that are resonating with customers, ramped up additional production in the region and revamped the way we work with our dealers, and those efforts are paying dividends.”

Munoz referenced the Power 88 plan, an aggressive business plan that is driving much of the company’s current growth. It’s a plan with effects that have trickled down all the way to us here at Bates Nissan, and we can’t wait to share the wealth with you. So come see us today and find out what awesome deals and vehicles we’ve currently got in stock for you.
